About These Benchmarks

Each benchmark specifies fixed inputs and an expected output derived independently from the code under test. A passing result confirms the tested arithmetic only; it does not by itself establish compliance or validate every input and boundary condition.

Tolerances account for IEEE 754 floating-point rounding. Results outside tolerance indicate a potential regression in the calculation engine and should be investigated before relying on study outputs for design decisions.

Live checks cover EMF, Battery / UPS Sizing, Voltage Drop, Load Flow, Reliability, and Motor Starting. The reference catalog below covers additional published examples maintained on the Validation & Standards page.

Published Reference Fixtures

These cases document published or independently referenced inputs and expected outputs. They are fixtures for validation work; unlike the live suite above, this table does not imply every case is executable from this page.
