Supported Standards
Each standard listed below is implemented only to the scope shown in the corresponding study module. Click a standard to view its study page, or expand the row to read scope, assumptions, and known limitations.

NFPA 70 (NEC) 2023 Scope Matrix
This matrix separates selected NEC-informed checks from full code compliance. It shows what the application currently screens, what remains outside the implemented scope, and where engineer/AHJ review is still required.

Benchmark Cases
Canonical example problems with known reference outputs. Use these to verify calculation correctness, compare results against textbook examples, or load the fixture project to explore the tool.

Automated Test Coverage
The following test suites run on every build. Passing evidence is captured in dist/validationManifest.json at build time so that the counts below reflect the actual last-passing state, not hand-maintained claims.

Methodology & Disclaimer
CableTrayRoute calculations implement published engineering standards and are intended for screening-level and detailed design analysis. All outputs should be reviewed by a licensed Professional Engineer before use in construction documents or safety-critical decisions.
- Each study page shows a Calculation Basis panel listing the governing standard, key formulas, and known limitations.
- Benchmark cases on this page reproduce published example problems with tolerance-band assertions verified by automated tests.
- Where gaps exist between the implemented method and the full standard (e.g., near-to-generator correction factors), these are documented in the relevant study's Calculation Basis panel and the scope matrix above.
- This tool is a browser-native engineering aid, not a replacement for dedicated power-system analysis platforms such as ETAP, EasyPower, or SKM for projects requiring full dynamic simulation, three-phase unbalanced analysis, or regulatory filing.
