Import errors: Ensure CSV headers match the templates exactly.
No routes found: Check that raceways connect between cable endpoints.
Incorrect ampacity: Verify soil resistivity and conductor properties.
Browser performance: Large projects run faster in a modern desktop browser.
Panel Schedule checks: Use the new Jump to First Unassigned action to quickly locate empty breaker rows. If ratings are inconsistent, the validation hints under panel inputs will show warnings so they can be corrected before export.
Load flow will not converge:
Read the new Diagnostics section in the study output. It highlights collapsed buses, ignored zero-impedance branches, and outsized generation so you know where to start.
When a low-voltage bus reports a magnitude below 0.10 pu, confirm that the transformer feeding it is wired to the correct buses (high-side at the medium-voltage bus, secondary at the low-voltage bus) and that the base kV on each winding matches the connected equipment.
If the downstream load exceeds the transformer kVA rating, reduce the modeled demand or select a larger transformer so the secondary voltage can recover. Replace placeholder zero-impedance cables with realistic impedance or merge the buses when they represent the same node.
Can't locate a One-Line node from Fix-it Hints: Run Validate so the Fix-it panel stays open, then click the hint entry to jump the canvas to the flagged device. Use the Find search box to select devices by tag when you only have an identifier, and open the properties drawer. The Nodes category lists orphaned nodes so you can inspect their connections or remove the node directly from the menu.
